Tobias Jesso Jr. - How Could You Babe

Sometimes you hear a track that takes you back in time, and 'How Could You Babe' by Tobias Jesso Jr. does exactly that, back to Seventies and the so called Golden Age of Songwriting. 

With hints of The Beatles, I can't exactly put my finger on who he reminds me the most, but I don't think I care as his delicately crafted piano ballads are inherently beautiful without the need for comparisons.

A quick glance at the Youtube comments (always a risky move) reveals that both Adele and Tom Odell have posted links to his videos via their respective twitter accounts, and reinforces just how good a songwriter this guy is.

I'm telling you, Tobias Jesso Jr. is going to be big. His debut album Goon is due out on 16th March 2015.
